Crazy Cowboy

Published in the United Kingdom by Hutchinson, Crazy Cowboy is an exceptional and highly collectible vintage graphic humor volume created by world-renowned Argentine cartoonist and illustrator Guillermo Mordillo. Internationally celebrated for his signature wordless visual humor, vibrant color palettes, and charmingly bulbous character designs, Mordillo turns his inventive artistic lens toward the Western genre, delivering a delightfully absurd narrative filled with slapstick gags, surreal encounters, and playful frontier irony.

The front cover presents a striking black backdrop dominated by massive, psychedelic bubble lettering that spells out CRAZY COWBOY in multi-colored gradient tones of green, yellow, pink, orange, and purple. At the top center, the artist credit GUILLERMO MORDILLO appears in soft pink rounded typography, while a tiny, green-hatted cowboy character rests playfully atop the letter O in COWBOY. The publisher logo Hutchinson is printed cleanly in white centered along the lower margin. Inside, the pages present a rich sequence of vibrant, full-color single-panel and multi-panel silent cartoons depicting wild horses, saloon standoffs, and comical desert perils. An essential centerpiece collectible for Guillermo Mordillo enthusiasts, vintage graphic art collectors, and classic cartoon album archivists.
