Gin dibujos

Published in Spain by Ediciones El Jueves, Gin: Dibujos is an exceptional and highly collectible graphic art monograph dedicated to the work of the master Spanish illustrator and cartoonist Gin (Jordi Ginés Soteras). Released as a special volume commemorating the 15th anniversary of El Jueves magazine, this book highlights Gin's extraordinary contributions as both artistic director and iconic artist of the publication. Renowned for his painterly watercolors, expressive pencil sketches, and keen social satire, Gin's unique style balanced classical artistic elegance with irreverent graphic humor.

The front cover features an off-white background with a light beige top header band containing the author credit GIN on the upper right in bold black typography. On the upper left, the iconic jester logo of El Jueves is displayed alongside the anniversary text el jueves 15 AÑOS. The central illustration depicts a pencil sketch of a seated bearded artist wearing a hat, holding a paintbrush in one hand while holding a brightly colored palette dripping with vivid paint in the other. Across the bottom margin, the main title DIBUJOS is printed in large, heavy black serif capital lettering. Inside, the pages present an expansive compilation of Gin's drawings, watercolor art, and comic illustrations. An essential centerpiece collectible for Spanish comic archives, El Jueves historians, and graphic art libraries.
